For Activating the Chakras we must start from the first and base chakra which is known as the Root chakra. The table below demonstrates in order the seven major Chakras include:

The three lower chakras are known as physical or earth chakras which ground us as human on the planet earth. The three upper chakras are Spiritual or non-physical chakras. the Spiritual chakras concentrate on our interaction with the divine and our higher version of ourselves. The non-physical and physical chakras interact with the heart chakra.
